The Conference Tour is a free, all-day event, and everyone is invited. Three services on Sabbath and a worker’s reception on Sunday morning will give us opportunity to come together as a united General Conference. Enjoy worship together as a regional church family. Hear inspiring messages from Conference President Whaid Rose and LifeSpring Dean of Academic Affairs Israel Steinmetz. Participate in the discussion during a Town Hall-style dialogue Q&A session, led by Samuel Holland (Board of Directors) and Darrel Walters (layman). Area church workers and leaders will be hosted at a private reception for further inspiration and dialogue.

As for the Houston tour date on September 8, 2012, the following information was received on a local church FB page so I thought I would share.

Morning Service starts at 10:00 a.m.,
Afternoon service starts at 4:00 p.m., and
Town Hall Meeting starts at 6:00 p.m.
The facebook has a change in time:
10:00 – 12:00 Morning Service,
12:00 – 2:00 Lunch
2:00 – 4:00 Afternoon Service,
4:00 – 6:00 Town Hall Meeting
I was wondering where the location for the New York City Service is going to be?
The NYC location has not yet been finalized. We are going to be posting the meeting addresses here soon for those that are confirmed, and as we get the info for the others.
On Oct. 6 in El Paso, TX. the location has changed to Imannuel Christian Scool 1201 Hawkins Blvd. El Paso, TX, 79925.
Is there any more information about the December event in Phoenix?
Is there any additional info on the location for the Chattanooga Tour date/time schedule/agenda on December 1st? Like is this a 2 hour event or a 4 hour or all day event?
Each Tour stop is an all-day event on Sabbath, with a breakfast for church workers and leaders on Sunday morning. The specific schedule is determined by the host team for each location. We do not yet have further details for the Chattanooga event.
