Convention 2011 Information
An exciting week is in store as we fellowship together and serve the work of the church. Activities for all ages and fun for the whole family.
Room Rate: $85.00 + tax
The room rate is valid three days before and after event (occupant must register for conference).
- Free self parking, Complimentary Wireless Internet, Microwaves, Coolers
- Complimentary use of resort facilities fitness center, driving range, tennis courts, basketball courts, and 3 swimming pools
- Complimentary Hotel Shuttle (5 mile radius of theResort)
Meals: $37.00 + tax and service
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
On-property food venues include Garden Atrium, Harvest, Terrace Café, Jambalaya, and Clubhouse Lounge.
Off-property food venues in walking distance include:
- IHOP, McDonald’s, Portillo’s, TGI Friday’s, Vinothai, Starbucks, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich
- Charlestowne Mall Food Court (Sbarro Pizzeria, Subway, Great Steak and Potato Co, Quencher’s Smoothies, La Tostada, Miyaku Japan)

- 20% Discount on current golf prices: Green fees @ $45 includes cart, range balls and sleeve
- 10% Discount on in-house entertainment venues, including two theatre shows and comedy club (shows vary; 2011 schedule to be released in November)
