The CoG7 congregation in Richmond, VA, led by Brother Tomas Flores, dedicated their new building on September 12. Delegations from sister churches in Area IV were present, including Area Representative Jose Marín. Elders Jose A. Vega and Narciso Betances (Lanham, MD) officiated.
