Larry Zaragoza serves the GC as Superintendent of the WCD. He has served in that capacity since 2006. Larry served on the BOD for 22 years. Larry served as Pastor of our Visalia, CA. for 18 years. Larry was a teacher at the former Springvale Academy. Larry’s heart is with youth and young adults having served in the churches youth camps throughout the country. Larry has practiced personal evangelism since 1997. Lary’s wife Vicky serves with him. They have one son Joshua and one grandson.
Mike Vlad and his wife, Debbie, have been serving in the Church of God (Seventh Day) since 1974. Mike served at Spring Vale Academy, pastored in Visalia, California, Lodi, California, Sacramento. California, and Denver, Colorado. Mike received his evangelism training from First Baptist Church of Modesto, California and discipleship and evangelism training through Leonard Sanny of the Navigators, a para church ministry specializing in discipleship and evangelism training. Mike and Debbie have three children and four grandchildren. They currently live in the Missouri Ozark mountains outside of Ava, Missouri.
